Both me and my wife felt that customer service manager "David" had a rude, dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Perhaps he would better suited to working somewhere in the back where he isn't the front line of your company.
I apologize to the other members of staff present for this rating because my wife informed me they were great and helped her out fixing the problem we had. But she also encouraged me to complete this review and share the negative experience we had with the original individual.
We instead opted to have the item delivered free of charge via Amazon Prime for the same price, but the attitude of this particular front line representative will live in the memory. I've already reduced my interactions with BestBuy due to a few negative experiences but now I doubt I'll be doing any further business with them at all. Other places just make it easy where best buy makes you jump through ridiculous hoops with often unhelpful service personnel.
It's little wonder they are struggling on recent years.

Don't get installation of an appliance through them. They couldn't find the water cut off valve to the refrigerator even though it was under the sink. Made us call a plumber which was $130. The plumber did most of the install not them. They told us we had to schedule the haul away we paid for, for a different day since they couldn't unhook the old refrigerator. Scheduled the haul away and they didn't call and didn't come on the day they were supposed to. $130 for the plumber + $65 for the haul away that didn't happen means they owe us $200. We called and they didn't even have us on the list for installation today yet this morning they said we were on the list. Now we have to wait 7+ more days to get the next haul away. That is now three weeks that we will have two refrigerators in our house. This place is a piece of trash and the company doesn't care about anyone. They have 1,000 call centers all telling you different things. If I step foot in a best buy again it will be to tell this store manager what a sad excuse of a store they are running. All in all the installation process and haul away has been horrible. When you call they don't even have anyone in store you can talk to. Awful customer service and awful install of appliances.

Their internet is down. They do not know when it will be back up. They can only make cash sales, but they will NOT make cash returns!?
