“I have felt like there is no such thing as customer service nor does anyone like smiling anymore when walk into any store. I get we are all going thru something in our lives some harder than others, myself as it is pretty hard. Won't go into my sad story or tell you all the details I would be writing a novel instead of a review. This is already long winded as it is. But couple little examples storm had come thru causing a lot of damage and destruction to a lot of people self included. My car now having issues being older single woman with very limited income, having to try really hard to keep it together. A simple smile hello can really help someone and today two of your employees did that for me Liz and Branden. Not only did they have nice smiles they went above and beyond helping me find part I needed. I have bought several batteries from them over the years for different vehicles. Recently, I had an instance where a battery started running low. Instead of making excuses, they ran two tests which initially showed the battery was fine. However, they didn’t stop there. They ran an additional test to be absolutely sure and found that the battery indeed needed replacement. They replaced the battery under warranty at no cost.
Their interactive skills are excellent—they listen, communicate clearly, and ensure that you understand the situation and solutions. They went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. It’s rare to find an establishment that offers a quality product, great customer service, and integrity. Hats off to them—I highly recommend this place.”
“Krystal and Alec are THE BEST! A "check engine" light came on and I went in to ask questions. They were super helpful and showed me that my car was out of brake fluid. They helped me refill my brake fluid and then gave me guidance on what to tell my mechanic when I get my car serviced.
