I went in there on a Friday afternoon from the minute I walked in there I was very uncomfortable nobody had acknowledge me not even a good afternoon because it was after 5. I was lost on what was good and not good. I have been to other Bed Bath and Beyond where they were friendly and showed me around gave me a bag to put what I was going to purchase in. They even told me about the deals that was going on. Not one even said not a word oh they were saying words about their personal life and their boyfriends laughing giggling moving merchandise around 2 were working the rest looking at their phone talking on their phone. I looked at one and she rolled her eyes. I bought $75.00 worth of merchandise there and felt like I was not even there. I rushed out quickly. I wish I could get my money back. But I love Bed Bath and Beyond so much I can't give it up but I will not visit this location at all no more.I felt discriminated. Hopefully I won't feel like this in another one of your stories.

Jada at St. Vincent mall. Great customer service omg. Although jada was acually getting off work she still stepped up and stepped in. Sooo I had a question about the coupon that came in the mail. The lady that was checking me out was not very helpful. Jada obviously can read the body language of the clerk and me and can tell i wasn't happy and the clerk didn't want to do anything other than what she was doing nothing futher. So jada immediately jumpedin and awnsered my question and got exactly what I wanted. Jada is a great asset to your team. Keep the good employees around. It's worth it. Thanks Jada!

Although they wouldn't answer the phones a minute before opening... When the manager answered she was (1) thorough, (2) helpful and (3) pleasant. Upon my arrival everyone was polite and wanted to ensure I knew the candle sale was over. I knew but came to make an exchange and pick up a gift box.All in all, worth the trip. Less people. Less stress. More availability and better attitudes from the staff. Enter at Piccadilly and turn to the right you'll see them on your left.Hope they keep it up.
