Lacks Customer Service on Dec 1st when trying to rent a car at this location so searched for another Avis in the Area located the one one Monkhouse outside airport with much better customer service but had to return to airport due to Monkhouse close for my or time of return. Customer Service lacked as well.

After Hertz left us stranded, with no options, even though we had a reservation through them, Doris @ Avis in the Shreveport Airport, really helped us out, and found a car for us for a one-way trip to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. A is will be at the top of my list the next time I need to rent a car.

My interaction with Avis was very positive. The woman with blonde hair did a great job getting me squared away with my rental. She made the process easy and answered any questions I had. My rental reservation was made some time ago, so I didn’t have any same day issues. I travel through Shreveport airport often for business and typically utilize the rental services available. I would recommend this representative in the future. I will update this review once I get her name.

03/26/2022 we had to drive all the way to Texarkana because a worker refuse to help us after being stranded. We went thru all the proper channels and she said we couldn't swap the cars unless her manager sent her a text. Other locations manager said that was a lie.

Very rude service. The person working 3/26/2023 left my daughter in tears. She had to drive 1 hour away for a simple car swap. The person working was very unprofessional. I hope she gets some training and supervision.

I was stranded with a bad tire and a. Bad wheel alignment. The woman working Sunday 3/26/23 ignored my tears and refused to help me. She told me i couldnt comprehend and hung up on me. Shame on this company and manager or hiring her.

I overheard a rude worker refused to help my daughter with a simple car swap due to a mechanical issue. The worker was very unprofessional and hung up on us. I will be contacting cooperate.

Refused to answer the phones then rude when i asked for help. Lied about thier policy. Very rude and ghetto. This woman working today 3/26/2022 complained about being scheduled alone as the reason for being rude.

Terrible service. I hope that angry female working last Sunday finds Jesus and he saves her soul from satan. She shouldn’t even be allowed to work around bugs let alone humans and animals. She left my wife in tears and we are calling cooperate about the unprofessional service.

The website allowed me to book a reservation but when I arrived, I was told that all the cars were already booked out. Advance notice would have saved time, effort, and fuel

After a terrible experience with Hertz at the airport, I went to the Avis rentals at the Shreveport airport counter and got a car asap . Thank you to Melissa at the counter she was so polite and helpful made my day with how easy and stress free she got us out with a car so fast.Thanks again Melissa you need a raise for yourprofessional work, and just being understanding and Kind, unlike the Hertz attendant who was the worst I have every dealt with.

I made a reservation 2 days in advance because I was coming into the airport at 10:30 at night and hotel didn’t have a shuttle that late and don’t feel real safe that late with ride share apps. So last night we got to the counter and the lady is out of cars, she says we have someone who is going to take you to your hotel and get you a car in the morning . One minute later, oh I’m sorry that person just went home. I ended up riding with a Uber stranger, who was great. Do not use Avis they will leave you stranded. If I had looked at their reviews before I booked, I would not have chosen them.

Thank goodness for the lady with the red streaks in her hair!! After National left me stranded even when I had a confirmed reservation, she was able to get me into a car and not leave me stranded. Hertz was no help either. Executive Elite with National and President’s Circle with Hertz was useless that night. No status with Avis and they came thru and saved the day.

This company left me and my mother stranded at the airport at 1 in the morning. Our flights were delayed due to weather and we called to ask them if we could still come pick it up even though it was not our previous time slot to get it. On the phone they said they were open until 12 and if we sent them our flight # and information they would even stay past 12 to make sure we got our car. We get to the counter at 11:40 and nobody was there, unlike what they said on the phone. When we called customer service they said nothing could be done except to find a hotel and wait until the morning, however there aren’t many Uber drivers available so we were left stranded at the airport. I understand that they apparently are only open until 11 but the person on the phone clearly stated 12 and seemingly lied. The customer service quality for this company and this location is extremely terrible and I will be making sure to not recommend it to others.

Victoria was an awesome person to deal with us!!! Out of the four other rental car shops.....she was the ONLY ONE that asked for our number to call us as soon as she had a returned vehicle. My mom and I were needing a rental, cuz we had to leave our vehicle at dealership for repairs. She told us she should have a return within an hour or so, & she came thru in like only 55 minutes. 90 miles from home and no vehicle, SUCKS!!! WAY TO GO VICTORIA!!!We'll always send ppl Ur way for business. Thanks so much for ALL UR HELP!!!! GOD BLESS YOU
