I give this place of business a 1 star rating simply because there was nothing lower, I spend $33.00 for want they called " the works " well I got the works okay, one of, if not the worst detail I have ever experienced, cannot recommend this business nor will I return.

This business had gone down hill terribly in the last few years. Will no longer go there after today. Pulled up at 11:30 for an oil change/car wash and there was a group of men standing at the back of the building smoking and talking. They all looked over at me then looked away. I waited a minute to see if anybody was coming over and they didn't. Then the group of men went further around the building so I couldn't see them. After waiting a minute longer, I just drove away. No wonder they weren't busy when I got there if that's how they do customers. I went to Roadrunner which had alot more business and was in and out promptly.

What has happened to this car wash? They used to be the one to go to in the city. I got my car wash. Paid pretty good money for it.Did not even do my tires and any trash in car was all bundled up and put into a pocket in the car. My mats were soaked on top and bottom and put back into the car wet. I am very disappointed. I don’t know what happened, but their reputation has certainly gone down.

I had the most terrible car washes I ever had, on 12/29/2023 I took my 2023 C5 BMW to get “The Works” Car Wash Package, and when the guy said my car was ready, me and my wife jumped in and when we got home and I checked out the car, It was embarrassing, it had so many smells like he dry the car off with the same towel he dry the rim and tries with, glasses wasn’t clean, I know I didn’t pay $100 + for the wash but I have went through drive through washes that are way better than what I got. Never again,

THE WORST CARWASH TO EVER GO TO IN THIS CITY!! I TOOK MY CAR YESTERDAY THE WORST MISTAKE EVER. MY CAR WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY AT ALL AND WHEN I TOLD THE SO CALL BOSS HE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN!! FIRST OF ALL HE SHOULDN'T EVEN MANAGE THE PLACE BECAUSE HE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS HE ARGUED ME DOWN THAT HIS WORKERS DIDN'T SCRATCH MY INTERIOR REFUSED TO REFUND MY 21.00 MY CAR WAS NOT VACUUMED MY WINDOWS WERE NOT PROPERLY CLEANED AS WELL AS MY TIRES AND RIMS BLACK SUT ALL OVER THEM ONE OF THE WORKERS TOLD ME THE VACUUM DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY THE SUCTIONING POWER IS NOT WORKING HE TURNED IT ON TO LET ME FEEL THAT IT WASN'T SUCTIONING PROPERLY. THE MANAGER KICKED ME OFF THE PROPERTY AFTER I CURSED HIM OUT BECAUSE HE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME AND I STOOD MY GROUND WITH HIM !! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE EVEN KNOWING SERVICE IS BAD RUDE MANAGER WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK I GUESS HE IS DESPERATE TO MAKE THE MONEY THE PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE IT USE TO BE!! DON'T GO THERE THIS IS A FAIR WARNING!! GET SOMEONE THAT CARES ABOUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY TO RUN THIS PLACE!! GET RID OF THAT SO CALL RUDE A.. MANAGER MANAGER SUCKS!! IT'S THE CREEPY LOOKING BLACK. KNOCKED KNEES GUY!! YES I SAID IT!! YOU TOOK MY MONEY BUT YOU WILL LOSE MORE THAN THAT!! AND YES I AM A VERY ANGRY BLACK WOMAN!! BUT GUESS WHAT ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST!! I SEE THE REVIEWS GET NEW MANAGEMENT NEW CAR CLEANSERS NEW. EQUIPMENT!! THE SO CALL BOSS SAID HE DIDN'T LIKE ME WHO CARES I PAID YOU TO DO YOUR JOB YOU FAILED YOU A THIEF!! YOU WON'T HAVE NO LUCK IN NOTHING YOU DO SO CALL BOSS!! WHERE IS YOUR PROFESSIONALISM!! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT I WAS UNHAPPY YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS FAILED ME!!

I guess you get what you pay for. I did the 17.00 wash on my 2023 sportage. It wasn't to my liking. Not sure if I paid more they would do a better job. Keeping it ?

I purchased a gift card for my mother. I went back and treated myself to a full detail wax included. The customer service is amazing and fast. The prices are very reasonable. SUV was shine, and clean inside and outside.
