RUN, DO NOT WALK, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!AT&T is horrendous to deal with. We pay top dollar prices for internet services yet they cannot even keep our service running, or finish install about 7+ months after the initial install date! We have had a cable draped from our yard to our roof, over to our fence and thrown into the woods, draped back over the fence and laying across not one but TWO neighbors yards that have no control over city lawn services. It has been chopped by mowers twice, builders hit it once, and now animals have chewed it all because AT&T cannot get their contractors, or come service the line themselves but they sure will collect our payments every single month. Now that we’ve called to yet again complain about the non burried line that has now severed our service, they have the audacity to tell us they’re going to CHARGE US $90 in addition to our regularly paid contract, even though they have ignored our calls for months! It is far too expensive with multiple competitors that have better pricing to deal with at this point, and they do not value their customers. We are a military family who relies on internet services that we pay for, and the company could care less, should have a huge lawsuit for negligence and price gauging against them. Our next step will be to dispute all charges against the company and get a new provider!

Service speed is intermittent and sometimes does not support streaming. I have been on the phone with them over 4 calls and 5 hours and every time they say it is fixed and the next day same thing. Wish I could give a minus number. They are liars.

Was supposed to have internet turned on at my new home today between 2-4. Around 7:00, we finally talk to someone at customer service who said someone was still coming, but they were running late. At 8:30, we get a text saying they wont make it, and would come out in 3 weeks instead. We planned our day around waiting on ATT coming to the house between 2-4 and we were stuck waiting until 8:30 and at that time, we were too tired to move our stuff in. So..Uhaul was a $60 waste today. We are going with a different provider and I will spend every day for the rest of my life cursing AT&T. I hope you shut down or your building gets infested with rats or something. It is what you deserve

Decent Internet and Internet speed but customer service proves to be trash again and again. Had my fiber line cut on multiple occasions due to by technicians neglect and on my 3rd time they tell me it will be over a week before it gets fixed. Which is unacceptable. Let’s stop giving these big ISPs our business if they aren’t going to put our money to good use and pay their employees enough.

Very slow for the highest DSL package $50+ month, can barely stream shows and if more than 2 on internet can hardly pull up anything. Been told our main service box is obsolete so when it goes down it has been out for up to 13 days at a time due to finding parts, no intentions to replace servicemen say, and they want everyone to go to fixed wireless when I'm skeptical due to the poor cell service by AT&T in our area their repairmen use our home phone to make their calls when doing repairs, so how would this be any better if not worse. Searching and waiting for better provider to come in our area and can take my money elsewhere, very unsatisfied customer. Poor service high cost for service!! :-(

Terrible! I’ve had the worst experiences in getting a technician dispatched. When I set up my installation appointment, the technician never showed up because he was not able to pass a background check that would permit him access on the base. The second time I called to get a technician to repair my internet line, I received a follow up call telling me one time frame on a certain date and a text with a totally different timeframe. Additionally I had a note put on my account to make sure the technician can pass a background test. Once again the technician never showed up and I was told they would dispatch someone out in 1 week.

Goes down constantly and takes 3 to 5 days for repairs. You just get bounced around the phone system when you call in but no one will actually help you.
