I purchased a wireless charger which stopped working within 30 days. I couldn't find my receipt but found the purchase on my bank statement and brought a copy with me. This was not good enough for ATT, it had to be a receipt. The clerk looked up my account which did not show my purchase. So the previous clerk didn't bother to put it on my account. I had to purchase a new wireless charger which cost $30.00 plus dollars. This is wrong. If you insist on a receipt your employee should be required to ring a customer up on their account. Now I have a $30.00 plus wireless charger that doesn't work and ATT has $30.00 plus dollars that doesn't belong to them.

You have the best store associate ever! Thanks to Ms. Kimberly Sepulvado! Truly the greatest experience I've ever had at any phone store. I switched over from Verizon to AT&T yesterday because of her. She sat with us and genuinely cared about our questions and relieved any concerns we had. It was a breath of fresh air! Not only was she incredibly personable, she was also extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide on a plan we felt best met our needs. Thank you AT&T for a wonderful experience, and thank you Ms. Kim for making our day just a little easier!!

I recently visited this location to upgrade two iPhones. I was greeted quickly with a friendly smile from the retail sales consultant Shakota Farmer! Shakota was not only knowledgeable in the iPhone products, he went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons which helped me feel more at ease with my purchases! With team members like Shakota working, I will definitely be back for all of my phone needs!

We went to get new phones but SAXONY GRAVES completely ruined the experience with her rude demeanor and her lack of knowledge of the new iPhones. We were so excited that we ignored her harsh attitude. Turns out that she ordered the wrong phones. Manager Carlton and Reagan Hughes disrespectfully tried to blame it on us without investigating the problem. And attacked my grandmother. Luckily James is a great problem solver and believed our story. He was able to get the correct phones to us. We are very grateful that he listened to us and gave us the help that should’ve been offered from the beginning.

Caden was amazing:) hopefully I see him agin when I come pick up my new iPhone 15. He was super kinda and sweet and funny haha. Answered every one of my questions with honesty! Bc of Caden I will be coming to that bestbuy only for now on!

My granddaughter needed new phone so we went in store Saturday 10/28/23 and was greeted by Andrea B and she was very personable. I had the best experience I have ever had with AT&T. Andrea was so helpful answered all questions even offered suggestions and not only did my granddaughter get a new iPhone, I upgraded as well. I purchased a watch for my daughter and granddaughter. Andrea gave me her card she is going to help with getting our phones and watches ready for use. Wonderful experience

It never fails that the people at this store give the wrong information on my account. Sure they're nice but what good is that if they can't tell me an accurate figure for adding a line or upgrading my phone. As soon as my phone is paid off I'm going to another provider. I'm so tired of being lied to or people being too lazy to get the right information.

These bigots outed me to the entire store. I am trans and wanted to change my phone number due to getting threats and being harassed, and they utterly refused to help. They refused to change anything because my account was started under my dead name several years ago, despite my changing the info several times. They made a huge deal about it, with the manager loudly questioning it until I was forced to say the male name was my dead name, and as I was crying and humiliated I hit my palm on the table. He then shouted “get out” and proceeded to call the police, as well as say how dare i act that way towards someone who was “helping me”. This individual had humiliated me once before in that store as well, I have no idea how he is permitted to be a manager there. This incident occurred at 12 pm on 9/23/23. I plan to pursue further action against this store as the humiliation is not something I can tolerate. It was obvious that the other employees were uncomfortable and tried to tell the manager the story quietly, but he was intent on humiliating me and he purposely ignored them. A family friend witnessed the event as well.

I left this store FUMING! I was "greeted" if you want to call it that by Joseph when I walked in the door who acted like i was on his nerves just for walking in an hour before they closed. He asked what did I need? I told him and he had to get another employee to help him and her name was Reagan, and she was EVEN MORE AWFUL than Joseph. Terrible customer service, zero manners!! She talked to us like we were idiots. Very condescending. We were trying to do an exchange and she didn't have the phones we wanted in stock and instead of calling the other store to check she told us to do call them .. while she sat right in front of us and then had 2 of her friends come in and they stood all around us just chatting it up. She was so unprofessional I can't even describe it. She was all abt telling us Abt a $55 restocking fee which made no sense bc we were under a 14 day warranty. She kept mentioning she would get fired if she did this or that.. we weren't asking her to do anything. All we needed was to switch our phones out. Then she proceeded to bad mouth us to her friends that were there hanging out. She tried to whisper but we were literally 3 feet from her, so I got it!! They were absolutely zero help.. she was super rude and I do not recommend their services either! I'm in customer service and also I teach high school, so I knw a little bit abt immature, disrespectful, lazy, young people and both Joseph and Reagan are just that!!! Ive never had such a hard time exchanging a cell phone EVER!! so not impressed and very disappointed from the help or not help from Reagan at the store on youree drive. To say the least I will not return to this location. TBH I should have never left verizon. For 15 years they've never given me problems . At&t is not where it's at!! NEGATIVE 3 STARS
