Bad customer service

When I first started with Att it worked well. But within a year it began to get increasingly harder for the service to stay connected and I needed to call technicians out. Each time during the phone call you have to repeat the same stuff over and over again and I now know several of the service members by the sound of their voice alone... Also each time I call they proceed to tell me in great detail that it "must" be something wrong inside my house and that a technician must be dispatched to check. This is something they CAN do over the phone but I digress. So it is always 3-4 days until someone can come by and then the technician quickly says its something wrong "outside the house" and has to then schedule another technician to come by and pick up the case. This usually takes another day and the whole time zero service(both tv and internet). When the outside technician shows they "fix" some wiring and it works. They show me on their iPad how they can track and see it all without even being at the location(see above where the service member can do). A week or 2 goes by and it quits working again. Whatever they are "fixing" must just be swapping wires onto a new terminal or something because a real fix would last!! After each "fix" we then have to call and insist that they give us a discounted/prorated rate on our bill for the month due to the WEEK or so that it is completely unavailable. They always mean and groan about that we usually have to speak to a supervisor before we get a credit. We are so ready to switch providers even back to suddenstink potentially which I swore I'd never do! Att is garbage!!

This place goes beyond of meeting my expectations! They are great, caring people who have helped my son tremendously, this time last year was miserable for my baby but Ms. Kim worked her magic with him. He always looks forward to his visits with her. Love this place!
