I've had to deal with extra loud neighbors, a bed bug infestation from the same neighbors. The upstairs neighbors also allowed their children to take baths unattended and would splash so much water it would leak into my closet and hallway closet and got everything wet. I've had very many articles of clothing ,irreplaceable items that were left from family members that have passed away even get ruined, and when I wrote an email to the property manager she basically told ne thats the risk you take when you have a downstairs apartment!!???? Also one of the young men in the same upstairs apartment would steal packages and door dash as well. This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in . Also it would be problems with the pool it was closed alot and when it would be open the kids say it had a strong smell or dirty. It would take forever for maintenance to come fix anything an average time of 2 or more days. And from what the prior maintenance man informed me that my apartment was rushed, the previous tenants had lived there for years and it was alot of problems with the apartment when they moved out, and man he wasn't lying at all!

Maintenance Supervisor Corey was able to fix many issues that the previous crew did not fix properly. I am pleased with the service that was provided. Various systems were restored that included lightning and water pressure for the vanity faucet and toilet in the main bathroom

Let me just say this maintenance is terrible they would try to blame the issue on you before they fix the problem and don’t expect to get your deposit back it might look nice but the pipes and things underneath are horrible unless you got money like that to spend don’t move here because your house will flood and things will get ruined that’s the real reason why they want you to have insurance

I moved here in February the inside of the apartments doesn’t look the same as floor plans , all of there bottom units look different than the upstairs units if I known I would have move into the upstairs , overall maintenance is fast , the workers in office are sweet and handle things immediately, only issue is the units are old , no matter how many times you clean up you still gonna have gnats and (old roaches) I moved in with everything brand new so I know these roaches been here , one things are renovated fully here these would be great apartments! They are quite !

When I first moved into the apartment complex things was ok for the most part but when as time passed by things got bad I have the most loudest and nosiest neighbors upstairs above me I’ve did everything the property manager asked me to do as far as call the courtesy officer and yet nothing has resolved I shouldn’t have to go stay in a hotel for just for me and children to get proper rest after hours the neighbors above me after 11p.m going up to 2-3 in the morning jump up and down all you hear is running and it’s overwhelming now the funny part the courtesy officer literally told me the other there’s nothing they can do just deal with next don’t move down stairs I said wow are you serious I was lost for words but I know now when my lease is up I’m OUT… & It’s Got To The Point To Where They Don’t Even Reply Back To Emails & I’ve Been Very Respectful Never Not Once Have I Gotten Out of Line But The Professionalism Of Them Is Beyond Awful, & To your point of offering me to get into another unit yes that option was available but to resign another lease and when i did reach back out about that the place was already renovated and leased and with the courtesy officer I spoken too she mentioned she hasn’t be able to reach or get an answer from the neighbor above me at the beginning when the first started yes I’m sure they was reached but the last 5 times I’ve waited outside to see for myself all records state that the phone call is being recorded if you go back and listen to the conversation you’ll see where she stated she has not being able to get into contact with the neighbor but I shouldn’t have to come onto this site to get my voice heard and listen too I’ve been nothing but nice and courtesy about this situation but it’s overwhelming now, would also like to add it’s sad I get no response when emailing about my situation as I did in the very beginning and of course I know things get busy but not to acknowledge my response at all is very disappointing.

Pros: repairs are done quickly, they try to pick up trash all the time, pretty quiet overall, the building manager is usually pretty easy to get ahold of, they are slowly renovating apartments and the complex, nice layout for the apartment, there is usually a police car in our apartment complex, water is included and it's not a great charge for using a washer/ dryer when you get it installedCons: you have to put in a separate work order for everything otherwise they will not fix it, our microwave was installed slanted downwards (pictured) and pulls food bowls etc to the front, your "porch" (pictured with planter for reference) on the bottom floor of all apartments is about 5 inches wide from your door sliding door (not a porch), the show room is COMPLETELY different from what you get if you speak to other residents as well, the pool is barely open during the summer, the back and front gate break within weeks of it running so its not an enclosed property, when the gate DOES run it usually has so many people sitting in the line to get inside the complex because most people don't have the gate cards, the people liter kinda heavily every day, the "exterminator" only ever really carries a bottle of raid (he also left his key to my apartment in my door and I didn't know it for damn near the whole day! I returned it). The gnats & roaches are very frequent since moving in! (I clean my house every day and baking soda/ vinegar the sinks). You now have to get your own renters insurance (not that bad but just saying), the living room blinds are so old that they break as soon as they are moved almost (we've broken one literally just moving it slightly out of the way to come inside) and I've noticed a lot of people's blinds breaking in the same fashion, bottom floor apartments do NOT get a fireplace

I moved here in 1995 an been here since then it was Hell when I first moved here but I stayed Miltary make u stay still for a while I have seen a lot of things but I stayed life 2 short 2 worrie about anything long as u have somewhere 2 stay
