“Although we didn’t end up renting an apartment because a better opportunity for our family became available, I would recommend that anyone who is searching give their office manager Jordan a call! She was so honest, helpful and considerate of our situation. We have a friend who rented from them so we knew that the apartments themselves were really nice but finding someone who will work with you and go above & beyond like Jordan did was more than we could ask for and definitely makes me feel confident in sharing that I have no doubt anyone would have a positive experience living here. If you are looking for a nice apartment in the North Shreveport/Blanchard area you should really check them out!”

“Love this place. Great location. Cute apartments in a gated community with the option to be fully furnished We were only here for 3 months as travel nurses. They offer short term leases and are pet friendly. The office staff were always very accommodating and friendly every time we interacted with them. If you’re looking for a place short term or a home consider this place, recommended.”

Whenever I have a issue or concern, it is quickly addressed and resolved in a timely manner. “I moved in February everything is great just a lot of stairs if you live on the third floor. I love the management they are super nice and easy to work with( I miss Jas and Ashley. They were the best, always had great attitudes) however the gate clickers kinda suck and the rent is a little high as well. I love Carmen she is super gorgeous, really nice and is always on top of everything you may need.”

I’ve been a resident in this community since 2018. Sonya and Heather have not only been tenacious in handling any maintenance issues, which are very minimal but have been great supporters informing us of any community involvements that may assist us individually. Even the empathy and compassion they both have shown me during my times of illnesses, to know someone cares means a lot when you’re in distress. “We moved into one of their 3 bedroom town homes eight months ago. It's huge! Over 1600 sq. ft. And it's as big as other town homes we looked at in this area. The apartment has been updated. And it looks so nice. My covered parking is located right in front of my patio gate. Super convenient unloading groceries and such. It's quite here. Nice neighbors on both sides of us We love it!”
