“Very Nice & Friendly community. Reasonable rental prices. Most cases maintenance requests closed with in 24 Hrs. Lease office staff also very friendly personal. This community has 2 new big swimming pools with under water lights & Gym”

“My experience at Riverside Oaks people friendly, dogs, friendly I love the dog park they even a have place you can go barbecue and just chill with your family and friends know let talk about the short lady Toi. “We moved into one of their 3 bedroom town homes eight months ago. It's huge! Over 1600 sq. ft. And it's as big as other town homes we looked at in this area. The apartment has been updated. And it looks so nice. My covered parking is located right in front of my patio gate. Super convenient unloading groceries and such. It's quite here. Nice neighbors on both sides of us We love it!”
“We moved in around November and it has been the best decision. We lived in the same house for over eight years and wanted a different scenery. There is a lake with a walkway so you can walk around it. It’s a designated spot for residents so dogs can run around and do their business. They definitely send out alerts for “lost keys found” and missing dogs to all the residents. It’s nice for residents when the people in the office shows concern and takes the time out to make other residents aware of what’s happening outside our doors. Brandon and Alicia helped us with our process and it was smooth. We enjoyed a Christmas function hosted by them for the residents and we were able to meet some of the resident in our apartment community. Maintenance is quick in action when there is any situation that needs to be fixed or looked at in our apartment. One of the best features is the car wash for everyone that has a vacuum as well. Moving here is what we needed for a positive find of new scenery and living.”
