Amanda at Any Labs Now was excellent! I had had a TERRIBLE experience with Bianca at the other location in Jordan. Just rude. But Amanda made my experience so much better. I was in and out in a timely manner and mostly importantly, her customer service was above and beyond! I will go to that location from now on! Thank you.

I went to the 5737 location on youree in Shreveport. I apologize that I don't recall the woman's name in the front. She is so nice, so professional, and just makes you feel totally comfortable. If you have any kind of testing that needs to be done ...go to this location. Awesome job y'all!

Not having health insurance, I still wanted to get a yearly blood panel done just to ensure I'm staying healthy. For reference, I HATE needles and usually pass out. I made an appointment for 9:30, and went by. Amanda handled me from start to finish. She was phenomenal. She took the blood, and not only was fast but I surprisingly didn't pass out. She gave me water and a cold cloth until I felt good enough to leave, called me to tell me she was sending my results the next day, and was all around a great person. If you need blood work, don't have insurance, or anything else, call and ask for Amanda.

I have nothing but GRATITUDE for the ladies at the Shreveport location! Ms. Amanda has gone above and beyond every single time I have had a question or needed help with anything. But it doesn’t stop there….when I have an appointment scheduled; she calls me ahead of time to get everything organized and ready so every single time I have been in and out of their office in no time! Her dedication to go above and beyond has been a true bright spot for me personally because I have been in a nasty court case over child custody and honestly had to take alcohol tests to prove to the court that I was telling the truth. So a situation that was frustrating for me, turned out to be awesome! Thank you so much for that Amanda!

There was no wait when I walked in to get a special test kit done. The doctor on staff was friendly, personable, and was very helpful. It was a painless in and out. Probably the easiest blood work I've ever had done.
