Very large store with wide and varied selection of goods. Remodeling is almost completed. Starbucks recently opened. Customer loyalty program recently improved. Pharmacy is very busy but service remains good. Checkout has always been fast and polite for me. There are weekly advertised bargains for shoppers using the store app. Ample, we'll lit parking. Offers free drive up delivery. Home delivery available for a fee or free with Fresh Pass membership.

Man I swear I'm starting to hope this store closes because they're so rude here. As we speak I'm in line at the self checkout and over half the machines aren't working. No regular checkers in sight. The brunette woman in self checkout is really being unnecessarily condescending to the patrons in front of me. I have half a mind to just leave my basket right here and leave. This is ridiculous

While I understand this location is under remodeling, I find myself extremely disappointed at the placement choices of the brains in charge. The Steen's Pancake syrup is in with the Mexican food...not the other syrups and Pancake mix...the Tabasco sauce is with the pickles not the spices. Was told due to being " Cajun" things. Well, I am a Cajun and in Cajun country the Steen's is with the other syrups and Tabasco is with the spices. It seems those making the decisions either have no idea what a Cajun wants or common sense is completely missing in the Management Dept. of Albertsons. Either way you obviously are completely out of touch with your shoppers. Think I may have to start shopping elsewhere after 30 years of being a loyal Albertsons shopper. Extremely disappointed.

I just went in and they're remodeling which is good I guess... but the smell could have knocked down a horse. What IS that?? It smells like fish constantly but this was beyond the pale. Other stores with more seafood options don't smell like this..I wish someone could explain this to me!!

It's always been a convenient spot to run in and we've used the pharmacy a handful of times. The biggest issue that hasn't changed in well over 2 decades has been the smell. I'm assuming that it's coming from the meat department, and it makes the vast majority of the store smell absolutely rancid. Kind of shocked that they've never addressed this..

Their pharmacy sucks and they are always out of many items. Go anywhere else than here. It's a mess. Neither the pharmacy or the store answers their phone calls, ever.

Albertsons (this location) has always been more than willing to help my family and I with all of our Household essentials. Today, Katy from my local Drive up and Go department went out of her way to help me with my order and meet my family's needs. I wrote a review from my email and even found it Necessary to leave one on Google so the public knows. This Albertsons and its employees blow all competitors out of the water. Thank you Katy! From our family to yours! ♥

This is my favorite store. Everyone is so helpful, kind, and friendly. If something is out they will take the time to go an look for the item. The Meat Department is the best. Mr David an Mr Raymond are awesome. I just cannot say enough good things about this store. The cashiers are so kind and patient. I messed up my order one day an instead of the cashier getting frustrated, she took the time to figure out the problem an fix it. Its always clean. They should be nominated as the best grocery store in Shreveport Bossier Area. You just start smiling when you go in this store. I hate the location in Bossier City shut down, but its ok because I have shopped at the Shreveport Store with my grandmother an i am 57 now. I gladly drive all the way from

Sav on pharmacy inside Albertsons on Southfield is the worst pharmacy you could possibly go to. I do not recommend using this pharmacy unless you don't want to get your refills on time or get any kind of customer service. They are extremely rude and do not care about their customers whatsoever. Some of these medications are life and death serious and they could care less bc they are just there for a paycheck. Could have picked up my medication on the day I was supposed to but due to their incompetency they randomly push buttons and tell me I can't get it. Not till after 6 days and having nurses fight with them (whenever they would answer the phone which is hardly ever) to get them to give me my medication which the doctors said I should have received the first day I went no problem......this is a serious issue and it's a very constant one, this place seriously needs to be shut down following an internal investigation of whatever is going on at this location
