Tried to buy a truck from them. Called 3 times and seemed as if I was bothering them trying to buy a truck. Chad told me to send pictures of my truck for trade. I sent them and got no response. Called again and was told he was at the bank and would call me right back. Never got a phone call. Called the next morning and spoke to the guy who answers the phone. Again, seemed as if I was bothering him. He told me Chad would be in for 10am. Then Chad texts me to tell me the truck sold already. Meanwhile I had my bank waiting for him to call me the day before to finalize a deal. Then when I told him how disappointing it was to feel put on the back burner he became rude and just told me he didn’t put me on the back burner. Also told me he left his phone at work and that’s why he didn’t get back to me yet he sold the truck yesterday apparently? Major let down.

I live two hours from this dealership. I called the day before to let him know that I’d be coming. The day of he got a better offer for the truck than what I offered , but he still held onto it and sold it to me. This company is full of integrity, and generally great people they are very understanding and will work with you, I will definitely do business again with them.

We went to see one car for my son, and Chad suggested another that was less expensive and had lower miles! We got a great little starter car and an amazing price and it was overall such a pleasant experience and smooth transaction! I highly recommend - they were all so nice!

I really didn’t want to do this but kinda left with no choice. I bought a 2011 jeep at the end of February—immediately got oil changed and topped off on any other fluids needed. Car was running hot by march, changed thermostat thinking that was it because the needle was unsteady; problem persisted. Now know it has blown head gaskets and the mechanic I went to said it was “doctored” on. I can’t say the customer service was bad because it wasn’t, but I literally told the guy I was a single mom and this was all the money I had. Spent 5700.00 just to be walking by Summer. It’s now mid June and I don’t have a car. It’s so frustrating, yes I’m understood as is but I honestly didn’t think I could potentially be replacing a motor if the heads are too bad. I’m sad, hurt, and disappointed but most importantly I’m car-less. I didn’t even bother calling because I figured nobody was going to help me any way. Wish I had a better experience to report bc I take no pride in this. Mr. Greg, if you’re listening please help!
