Wasn’t very artist friendly. We took my husbands art work in and she was sooooo impressed.. ohhh yes, this will sell for sure but since you are NOT a Well-known artist in Louisiana you have to sell your paintings at rock bottom and prices and her cut is 50% .. paint and materials via more then you would make .

Fun Louisiana themed gallery. There are things at various price points from corner artisan greeting cards to original oil paintings. The owner brings things up from south Louisiana and has local art as well. This is a great shop for nice souvenirs if you're visiting town. The people working there are always very nice.

Beautiful, lively and exotic shop filled with paintings, jewelry and all other things made by Louisiana artists and crafters. All pieces of art and objects within the store are themed around Louisiana, so If you want an authentic piece of Louisiana art, THIS is the place in Shreveport to buy it from !! Lovely and attentive staff who care about art and artists! The shop is beautifully curated and stocked, filled to the brim with art and ephemera!! I could spend all day and all my money here !!

Definitely one of my favorite little shops in Shreveport! A great place to pick up gifts or just a nice little piece for the home. Every single thing they sell just feels special. Every little things feels uniquely made with love.The staff is fabulous, as well! Everyone is so sweet and helpful, and they're so willing to help you find the perfect gift, even if it's a last minute gift for that weird aunt you completely forgot about, or that new coworker you haven't had the chance to get to know. Then, they'll even wrap it up for you! If you don't leave feeling like you've got the perfect gift, there probably isn't a gift out there for that person. These folks absolutely know what they're doing.I think if I had to pick one word to describe 318 Art and Garden, I'd probably pick the word "genuine." Everything just feels real. Every item they sell (as far as I know) is made locally and really has heart to it. It feels so good to shop local and support local artists, and shopping here really feels like you're making a difference. Seriously.The staff and their help feels genuine. I barely know them and I want to invite them all over for drinks already! It feels like there's not an item in their store that you wouldn't find in their houses. They really do seem to believe in the products and I love that in a store.318 Art and Garden is one of my favorite little stores in town and I hope you'll stop by. You owe it to yourself!

The best shop in Shreveport for all of your gifts and home! The artwork is phenomenal. They have items for all budgets. I so appreciate the time and effort put in to find all the Louisiana created pieces they have! And what a friendly staff!
