?? most DISRESPECTFUL owner ever guy flicks me off and tells me to leave store because I questioned the LV bags cursing me out because I asked to negotiate a price ?? really I never want to leave a bad review but this guy ABSOLUTELY deserves ppl to know he is a POS with no customer respect.. do yourself a favor a Do Not bother coming here he needs a lesson in manners and maybe a backhand ? ? ? owner is way out of line

The Loubou's are fake. They use some kinda picture app to certify them, as opposed to a appraiser. I got a vinatge bag from here as a gift, they certified it was legit. When I went to get it cleaned I find out it's a fake. Went to an appraiser to make sure. Do not trust these people

Absolutely delightful people and gorgeous pieces! We drove all the way from Houston to purchase a piece we saw on their website, but forgot to check their hours. We arrived to find a closed sign. On a whim, I texted the number and begged for mercy. They were kind enough to let us in for a quick purchase, saving a three hour argument on the drive home. Thank you! We’ll be back for more!

This is the most unprofessional antique store in the entire southern states and I am someone who knows after traveling across the states searching for antiques. Their prices are way too high compared to the value. The owner of this establishment is also very rude to customers for some reason. You get a feeling like you are not welcome in the store like you are bothering the owner and staff. I had to give one star to write the review but really I would only give a 1/4 star because it kinda smells good in the store. That’s about the only thing that’s good with this business. Sorry to be so abrupt but that’s my review.

Very rude and unprofessional staff, low end antique furniture from the 1900s mostly. Their restored stuff is completely amateur, and hilariously overpriced. They also have a selection of stained old Louis bags from 15 or 20 seasons ago, marked at retail prices lol

Wow I wish somebody would revive this place’s customer service. Came in when the mask mandate was still going wearing a mask and the staff and a good number of customers were packed in, maskless so I left. Needed something on another date so I called and asked if they had it and the employee on the phone acted like they couldn’t be bothered and said they’d call me back. Never did. I drove the 1.5 hours out and no customers were there so I went in, wearing a mask, of course they weren’t but I tried to mind my own business and be friendly. Unfortunately, the staff did not feel the same way and were incredibly rude. I asked a question to the 3 employees just standing around on their phones. It took several minutes of awkward silence until one of them decided they would answer my question, and then spoke down to me like I was a child. I asked for a price on something and was fully ignored. I work in a shop where my coworkers seem to hear me fine over the machinery and the mask so I am sure the employees here could hear me. I was originally going to leave this comment on their FB page but whoever runs it was calling people liars and then deleting their comments if they weren’t positive or talked about the maskless situation. What’s wrong with y’all? This used to be such a nice place to shop, I really regret making any of my purchases here and will be sure to never recommend y’all to anyone I like.

My husband and I went to Revival for the first time last Friday. Bought a beautiful piece of furniture but the service was terrible! The manager, I presume an older man was very rude to us when we checked out .To top it off he handed me the sold tag and told me I better go put this on my furniture I just bought. I was not impressed at ALL by the service!

I love the experience I had at Revival Antiques! A friend shopped there and recommended it to me. I looked online at the fabulous website they have and decided on a piece or two I would like to have. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and were an unbelievable help to me. Right now especially, it’s important to support small businesses and this is one you definitely will want to support.

Beautiful furniture. We didnt bring a trailer or a truck this time so we didnt purchase anything. We will be back. A little pricey even when they have a sidewalk sale.
