Cool place to stop looks nice inside and they have lots of cajun food, the boudins were very good.

The food I ordered from the gas station had too much salt and wasn't seasoned adequately for it to taste great, was okCicharones could have more seasonings and juicy fat and some meat, boudins balls were a tad too salty, battered chicken "kebobs" had burnt ingredients, sausage was ok, chicken wings were adequately seasoned except for the salt too salty... I think it's because the restaurant next-door is a buffet and buffet sometime have the sketchy and dishonest habit of putting a little too much salt so that people drink more water and eat less food. It's sad because the food could taste great without the oversaltiness

This truck stop/rest area should have 3 Michelin stars attached to it. The food here is out of this world good. It’s so good, I often times will drive an extra 2 hours just to come here. Mr Jim is the best chef. Highly recommended!

They have decent food here. Prices are reasonable. It's right next to the Cajun Claw which has the best seafood on I-10. The parking area is kind of a mess though.

They have the home cooking that you wish you could generate in your kitchen. Very flavorful. If you go after they shut down the hot food service, they will still have decent sized single servings of cold kept foods (from main entrees to desserts with veggies and fruits to accompany them) and there are even more frozen dishes in the freezer for you to heat/cook and serve when you're ready.

This gas station was really nice and has lots of cool stuff in and options for drinks and snacks, even has hot food...I stopped here merely for the name and fact it had a raccoon on the sign ?♀️?♀️?♀️. The bathrooms weren't barbaric or anything. The cash register lady was pleasant. It's a gas station but like not a run down one that makes you feel hairy inside.
