Had a receipt to return a hitch lock that I never got to use because the key snapped in half on the first use. They refused a refund even though it was recently purchased SO I asked for a gift card when they refused a refund and they refused to allow a gift card as well. I would go to Auto Zone. I will never purchase my truck parts or oil here ever again.

My mom and I were driving from Lake Charles to Biloxi, Ms when both of our lights went out so we decided to stop at this place and we couldn’t have been happier!!! Stacy was such a sweet helpful lady with phenomenal customer service skills!!! And Margaret is a complete sweet BADASS!!!! The lights were very difficult to take out and it definitely wasn’t a simple change. They were by no means obligated to even help us but After several challenges, Margaret persevered with the utmost determination and was able to fix them!! Plus, it was closing time!!!!! It’s so hard to come by good customer service nowadays and we got so much more than that with Margaret and Stacy! They both deserve a raise and all the praise!!!!??
