The fried ribs are great. Boudin balls and boudin better than others in the same area. I don’t know why they’re not busier.

I really enjoyed the Cajun food that I got here!
Their boudin balls were very good, but a bit spicy for my taste.
I will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area!

Love the crackling and the hog head cheese is amazing! Plate lunches are often large enough for a meal and a half and wonderfully tasty. Best value for the $ you will find anywhere.

Great selection of prepared meats, both frozen and thawed. Sides and soup bases as well. Never seen such Boudin and Sausage variety.

I submitted an online order and tried reaching out to someone for over night shipping since it was boudin. I called, emailed and left several messages. I finally was able to speak to a female who assured me someone would call me on Monday before my order went out. I still didn’t hear from anyone so I called Monday morning hoping to catch someone before my order shipped. The shipping associate called me about an hour later saying he had shipped my package early Monday morning. I received my package Wednesday night. The boudin was room temperature and I’m sure it was spoiled by then. I don’t understand this type of customer service because i tried several times to reach out for over night deliver. They don’t care because they got paid for the product and me, the consumer lost. By the way, I live in Houston TX.
