Kartchner’s Specialty Meats is a boudin place with delicious food. It offers a quiet a selection of specialty meats, cracklings, boudin, hot cracklins, and boudin balls. They have plenty of hot food and snacks as well as refrigerated and frozen specialties for the road. The service is top notch with nice, friendly associates who help with orders. There are picnic tables out front for eating outside. Many consider it the best boudin in Louisiana, with customers making it a regular stop on their trips. It is highly recommended.
