The worst service I have seen, the cashiers look at you badly depending on your race or how you dress, they should make a change of personnel or something similar, also the service number never answers

Today I had an appointment with my brothers, an appointment at 10 am and another at 11 am, we waited at the bank for almost an hour and no one attended us, until I asked one of the cashiers and showed her that we had appointments and one of them said no until 11:30 and I had proof of it, very bad customer service.

WE WERE TREATED LIKE A DISTURBANCE IN THE BANKERS/TELLERS DAY! WE WALKED IN TO OPEN NOT 1 BUT 2 CHECKING ACCOUNTS! THE TELLER ASKED THE BANKER IF HE WOULD HAVE TIME TO DO IT WITH OVER AN HOUR LEFT TILL CLOSING. HE CONTEMPLATED FOR ABOUT 2 SOLID MINUTES AND SAYS . YEAH I CAN DO IT. HE TOLD US TO GO IN THE LOBBY AND WAIT! NEVER ASKED MY NAME, NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING. JUST SIT AND WAIT. WE WAITED FOR 30 MINS WITH NO ATTENTION!!! PPL WERE WALKING IN AND OUT OF HIS OFFICE. STILL NO ATTENTION! WE ARE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! DO BETTER SCOTT CHASE BANK!!!!!? STOP MAKING CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE A DISTURBANCE.

Most popular ATM in the city of Scott! Unfortunately this bank on has "1" single drive-through ATM. Sometimes you'll wait 20 minutes or longer.

I called Chase to open a business account on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told a banker would call me back. A week later still no response. maybe they do not need by business? I called today and did not speak with anyone nor could you leave a voice message. I also had to write a review, because they do not have any other forms of communication. Not to impressed with this bank.

Whenever I am in Scott and need some cash, I come to this Chase bank. There are a lot of banks in the area, but this one is the only one where you can get in and out in 30 seconds.

They don’t have a drive through. They don’t answer the phone when you call. Way understaffed. Wow I thought chase was a big company. This is pathetic for a bank.
