They will make you sit and wait I came to Shanna East today. I was told there would be a 5-minute wait to get some a specific change, but I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes.

The meaning of customer service escapes these people. They do what they have to do and that’s it. The manager sets that precedent and it shows as he’s a glorified teller and useless.

Horrible service. Finally canceling our account here just been needing another reason. Have had a bad interaction with everyone except the clerks in the past 2 years. Today was just the final I’m done with the ATM and the people they contract.
