As a person that truly enjoys keeping their business local, sadly I can not recommend Cajun Propane. Their customer service is appalling at best and their prices can only be attributed to price gouging. In this day and age it pays to shop around. When speaking with the lady at cajun propane (who was just an intermediate to the owner judging by the phone conversation) and advising of my want to stay local but other national brands were offering significant price differences, I was told good luck when I need them to fill my propane. Cajun Propane was rude and just down right shady to deal with. Their prices and inability to work on rental prices was truly baffling. I advise everyone, current customers and future, seek service elsewhere. Cajun Propane does not deserve local money.

The manager wasn’t even available in person to handle issue, employees that were there had to TEXT manager for direction which resulted in a refusal of exchange or refund on defective part. Their only solution was us give them more money by selling us a repair kit that they keep in stock (because they know they sell junk) to fix the new part you just bought instead of just exchanging the Defective part.

Stacy with Cajun Propane very professional and and knowledgeable.I had a generator installed and needed a propane tank and she was quick and getting someone out there the same week my generator came in.If you have any questions about putting in a propane tank she is the person to contact.
