“I pulled in 30 minutes after closing in a truck with a bad battery. Someone inside saw me and asked if I needed help. After explaining my situation, he let me in and sold me a battery and loaned the tools necessary to install it. 5 stars all around. They really got me out of a bind.”

“Tonight I visited Orielly's due to my headlight burning out and NOAH was a lifesaver!! Prior to visiting this location I stopped at the competitor located not too far from them... unfortunately the competitor sold me the bulb but told me they were unable to do the installation because of its location! I took my purchase and went to Orielly's where I was told not only did the competitor sell me an incorrect bulb for my vehicle they also didn't offer me the grease. Well long story short, Noah got me the correct bulb, grease and installed it all! After installation the light still did not light up and Noah figured out I needed a fuse as well! I'm very thankful for Noah's top of the line costumer service!!!! He said he wouldn't stop until he figured it out so I could get home safe due to it also being nighttime... Thank you so much Noah you're an awesome human!”

“The two guys working there this afternoon are great. Robert and Matteo really got me out of a bind today. A connector between two coolant hoses popped in my car. I checked the GPS and the closest auto parts store was this O'Reilly, so I drove there as the coolant leaked out. These guys helped me figure out what parts off the shelf I could use to fix the problem, found them for me in the store, and even popped out a few times to check on me and lend a hand. Definitely knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I brought my Chevy Equinox in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The Service Manager asked what I needed before I got to the counter. I told him which tire had the leak, he told the technician, I gave him the keys and took my car into one of the bays immediately. I talked to the Service Manager, in between customers, and in no time at all the technician told the SM my car was ready. They didn't charge me anything. Prompt service and good customer service. “My mom and I were driving from Lake Charles to Biloxi, Ms when both of our lights went out so we decided to stop at this place and we couldn’t have been happier!!! Stacy was such a sweet helpful lady with phenomenal customer service skills!!! And Margaret is a complete sweet BADASS!!!! The lights were very difficult to take out and it definitely wasn’t a simple change. They were by no means obligated to even help us but After several challenges, Margaret persevered with the utmost determination and was able to fix them!! Plus, it was closing time!!!!! It’s so hard to come by good customer service nowadays and we got so much more than that with Margaret and Stacy! They both deserve a raise and all the praise!!!!??”
