Mac’s automotive deserves more than 5 stars!!! I brought my car in with EXTENSIVE damage after an accident - engine damage, dents, etc. Steve was extremely transparent and helpful throughout the entire process!! He and the Mac’s team went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my vehicle putting a priority on my satisfaction and safety! Not only were they able to take my car in immediately, I also got my car back nearly a week before the expected completion date! Fixed me up in less than two weeks!! Massive shoutout to Steve! And shoutout to Mac’s! Hands down the place to go!

Recently got a quote for my truck and was known it was going to be paid for by the responsible party. Now i cant even get my work done there because "we arent accepting customer pay right now". Guess they'll lose out on the money because i had planned to have pay at drop off.

They did really shoddy work on my car, had to bring it back 3 times and they still didn't repair it properly, still have problems with me windows and paint. Stated that they provide a lifetime warranty, but when called today they said they do not provide a warranty (Steve), even though their website also says they do. I noticed my paint deteriorating from their work and called them. My insurance company convinced me to go to this place and stated that they wouldn't guarantee my work if I didn't. I spoke to their Houma shop about their warranty too, she started making things up and I told her I'm just going to call my lawyer and I ended the call. I called my lawyer and while on the phone with him Mac's in Schriever called me, I returned that call after I got off the phone with my lawyer, it was Steve again. He said some very ugly things to me and the call was harassing, and as stated before I told them they'd be talking to my lawyer. After Steve's harassing phone call I called the Terrebonne Sheriff and the Thibodaux Police, I played recordings of the conversation to the police and told them that Mac's and their employees had no reason to contact me after I told them they'd be dealing with my lawyer. The police informed me they'd file a report.

They took advantage of my college student daughter. They knowingly and purposefully screwed her by using parts not approved for the job. Even though the correct parts were readily available and in stock. And they did this without the consent of anyone. They did it and then stuck their hand out after it was done. Well for one they didn’t have my vehicle ready in time for me to get it back before i left for offshore and this morning i had my daughter pick it up for me and as soon as she left the accelerator hung up on her and she had a very frightening experience ? thankfully no one was injured but the potential hazards were definitely there , thankfully she’s intelligent enough to had responded quickly, the pictures that were taken clearly shows that this may have been a sabotage and they drove my vehicle 20 miles while they had it for 3 weeks, this deserves more investigation…Services: Painting

My daughter's vehicle was backed into and upon insurance recommendation, we took it to Mac's. Service was great and her car was back to normal within days. They also text us throughout the week with updates.Service: Body & Trim

I’m from out of town and was driving through. I hit something on Hwy 90 and was towed to Mac’s. The skirt around my wheel was pulled out and was undrivable. They took a look and quickly put it back into place, no charge, and I was able to get back on my way.They took care of me and was very happy with their service.

Wasn't good should have told me if my truck couldn't be fix before they tore it apart it was in good running condition now I have to get others to bring me places and that's hard I won't recommend them to anyone as I have sent several ppl there before never again

Highly recommend Mac’s for your automotive body repairs. My vehicle was involved in an accident and service was done in a timely manner and vehicle is great. Customer service is excellent!

So thankful for this place! I got rear ended and they were able to get my car fixed within 20 days! I was able to track my progress of my car through the text message link they sent me. Definitely going to recommend this place!
