Had a good experience using Sears to replace our windows. The gentleman that came out to give an est was knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. Worse things I found was a few nails, maybe 5, that they missed. I would use them again if we I need to redo another homes windows.

Very impressed with the windows installed by the installation team (Josh and his co-worker). Cleanup was great! Masks were worn and they practiced social distance. They were also very courteous, and answered all questions. Thank you

We had windows installed this weekend. I love the windows we can already see the difference with our ac unit. The crew was great. They worked hard and got the job done quickly. They left no mess behind. We were very impressed and would recommend that crew to everyone.

The worse place to invest in ac unit. They canceled on us 4 times when our ac unit went out. We have called numerous of times and they don't know why or who canceled the service. We finally had a technician come out, he demanded that we have a latter for him to get into our attic. He claimed our attic one was not safe. Which I have been up on several time's. He refused to fix our ac. What happened to this company? I wouldn't have even given the one star.

After some initial difficulties on my end, the coordinator at Sears and the second installation crew was amazing and did an excellent job getting things done and done right.

I'm not satisfied with the project Sears done to my bathrooms. The project took longer than expected and my bathroom is not only smaller than they were, I lost my counter space. The technician was difficult at times. Scheduled appointments were cancelled several times. Material was not delivered timely delaying the inevitable. The technician went on vacation during the project. Sears billed me two months before services were render. 25.000.00 and we still had to purchase the toilets. My maintenance crew where I reside states that I got over charged. I would not recommend Sears to do any more projects to anyone. The are not reliable.

I went with Sears because of the reputation, the satisfaction guarantee and I thought what would be a higher quality of work. I paid DOUBLE what other companies quoted for these reasons. I didn't think I was paying $13,000 to have to clean up trash myself and have my ceilings and floors destroyed. Please look at pics. (I do want it to be noted that these issues were corrected after multiple attempts of contacting them. They sent a new crew out to fix all the issues the original crew did. But this is how the first crew left my house AND tried to get me to sign the paperwork that said they completed the job.) The main issues were: 1. There are 3 cut-outs for ceiling registers that damaged the ceiling and wall and were not fixed. (4 pics of that) 2. They left all of the trash in the house for me to clean up. All of the wood they cut out of the attic and closet is in a pile in the living room, along with duct pieces, dust and what-not. (pics) 3. They did not protect the floors from dust and dirt. The checklist provided in the paperwork asks if the "technician took steps to protect my furnishings from dust, dirt, etc" The answer is no. (pics) 4. The supply list says "8 6in x12in registers" and there are only 7 installed. I thought the living room was getting 2 because it's a big room. Maybe I'm unclear on that. 5. The air did not work. The warmest it got was 87 degrees inside the house even thought it was set on 70. Come to find out, the original crew installed the drain pipe incorrectly and that was causing the unit to shut off. 6. They tried to get me to sign the paperwork saying they completed the job. I'm not sure how they could possibly think this is complete. They said they wouldn't get paid unless I signed the paperwork which I thought was pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. I DID NOT sign it. 7. On the "Customer Satisfaction Checklist Sheet" Every single question can be answered with a NO. "Did the technician show you the location of the condensate drain?" NO... "Did the tech show you the location and SIZE of the filter?" NO... I have no idea what size filter to use. "Did the tech leave owner's manuals?" I don't know. Maybe? He didn't tell me. 8. "Was all job-related debris cleaned up daily and at the completion of the project?" A BIG NO as you can see in the pics. In fact, one evening after they left we went over there and the elec panel door was left open while it was raining and the gate to the driveway was wide open. 9. Three plugs inside my house were no longer working due to whatever they did in the electric panel. While all of these issues were corrected, it's only because I contacted them many times. The quality of work I received the first time was the worst I've seen in my 15 years of being a home owner.
