Was just informed this is not a pilot really, I'm a van driver from state to state and I was told that my rewards card is no longer good at this location. I lost my fuel points coffee points. This location should not be able to use Pilots name and also taking off Google maps. Never the right help for the little guys here. I will not be returning to this location again. But the Manger is a great asset to your company working beyond her duties.

The only reason for 2 stars is the cashier's were nice. But only have 3 fuel lines open and no DEF. They have no Regular Pepsi. Not even in the fountain. The store is hot. Walk in to the casino just to look around and it wasa like a furnace in there. Only 1 person female bathroom in store, unless you walk all the way over to the casino. Very small parking lot for Truck parking. I can say this is one of the worst Pilots I have been to. I have been to worse. The shower rooms are nice and roomy. Yhey only have 3. The shower fans are very nasty. Well at least continue to be friendly to customers. If my review was helpful please ? hit the like ?button.

I am in there every morning. Only 1 person working overnight. She is often overwhelmed. Coffee rarely fresh, when donuts are available, they are stale. New management needs to make serious adjustments.

Really not as clean as it should be, mold and mildew in the showers even after being cleaned, understaffed, often 4 or 5 people in line at a time with only one attendant at the register. Tries to reserve a shower and waited half an hour for the maintenance guy to get off his phone in the back office to even go clean the only open shower. Food case is suspicious have often seen the same food still in the hot case 10+ hours later without being rotated. Parking lot it also riddled with permanently downed trucks or trailers that haven't moved for multiple months now. Management or PFJ corporate really need to get the act together here, if there is a health inspection, they'd fail immediately. Really doesn't seem like there is any regard for major up keep or maintenance. Overall should be avoided unless absolutely necessary for fuel stop or overnight sleeping.

I have to brag about the manager here at pilot Racheal, she went above and beyond for me today I'm a truck driver and we only get what these truck stops have they had replaced the cheese on the chili cheese machine and I couldn't wait I'm on a tight schedule, so she goes to the back busts open a brand new bag of cheese from the pizza area and hooks me up! Some times small things go a long way!! Thank you Racheal you made my day...

Pilot offers Organic coffee to pour here . I have the Organic Columbian and I love it , I go out my way for this coffee now. It has a very rich , full bodied taste which is important to me and it brews fresh . The bathrooms are clean and they offer a variety of food items including hard boiled eggs and breakfast pizza . The cashiers could be a little friendlier .

I came in just for a bathroom break, left with my mouth slightly hanging open. This is the first chain gas station that offed three different types of soap, two different soaps, one specially made for removing oil and grease from your hands (extra exfoliating and fragrant), regular soap, then there is hand sanitizer by the exit for people like me who hate touching the door on the way out of the restroom. Its the small details that matters........ not just that, they understand what a clean bathroom means. Clearly these people been around town and on the roads. Its people like the ones that own this gas station that I love to support. Ill skip three gas stations just to get here.
