Awful facility to deliver to. Nobody answers the phone and the dock becomes a gladiator match between trucks trying to be backed up to the dock overnight to be first in the morning unloaded.I learned-1) appointments or missed appointments dont matter. At 5 am they are taking the paperwork of whoever is in front of any of the docks and they get unloaded 1st.2) refusing to move your truck from in front of the docks even if guards tell you to move is the play here. Guy at dock 5 did that and took my place as 1st in line bc i was polite and moved. This guy just refused and said he will back into the garage when the box trucks come in at night. It worked, and he got to cut me in line.3) despite guard saying they go by appointment they do not. I missed my appointment, couldntget a new appointment bc nobody answers the phone and still i was unloaded in the AM no questions asked.4) dont try to enter near the Pilot theres low clearance railroad crossing. Come in from the side by the river.

Avoid this place if you are OO.These people are very irresponsible, I was on-time for my 0700 appointment, and it's 1040, still here. You have to shut the engine off, and it's very hot...

Arrived there early to ask ? About My delivery time and to see if overnight parking was available. The dock reserver confirm my time. I went to the pilot just up the street to stay overnight. On the time of my appointment. Went to make my delivery pull up and there was trucks all ready back up at the loading dock how is it that everybody has a 5am to 6 am appointment. I went back and park at the pilot truck stop to get unloaded later on that day. O my I add there was no place to park if I was able to sit untill the loading dock was even open even if I waited until one of the trucks got unloaded. It was full of trucks at 4:40am. So the other trucks must have done a overnight parking to get unloaded at the loading dock.

Open at 5:00 am…. In case you come early park next to the bays with shutter down, each bay has 2 docks inside by 5:00 they will pull up the shutters and ask you to back up…They unload 1 truck at a time, in case you the first it’s a win win for you otherwise it might take upto 4 hrs if they get you at last with all trucks backed up simultaneously….. didn’t took more than 30 minutes for me once they start unloading

Terrible place to deliver too. 500am appt been in the dock since 515 am it’s 830am still haven’t started on me . Unloaded the driver with 6 am appt as soon as he put in the door . He left 630am

Placed an order, dealing with this company for over 6 years.Pay on Delivery.Haven't received order, expected yesterday.Text several times, it's out for Delivery today.No Delivery.Text again, Trey informs us it was delivered yesterday.I, the owner call Trey.He can't control the warehouse & I can't control the drivers. "I don't know where your order is"I need to know as we are completely out of many liquors and need the wine for Sangria.His response was " Go to the f ing store".Ok......

Went there as a temp some of the supervisors have a real nasty attitude and if u there from 5:30 and they machine break down u won't leave till 8:00 am and they will tell you u leave when u have things to do in the morning they will replace you I don't ever want to go there again.... should of kept my old job but got another the next day so no lost
