“I prefer the bank on Williams Blvd to the others as they are friendly and helpful well 98% are. I've had 2 run ins with rude bank employees. However this bank is fast and very kind to my puppy the are always spoiling her with treats. I don't let a few bad days the might have had effect me everyone is human and under these covid times are doing their best. Thank you guys for being a great bank to the Louisiana people”
“I am giving a 5 starts to this branch. I can not tell you how grateful i am with the customer services at this location. The management and tellers are very friendly and willing to help all the time. Rules are rules but they always try to make you to understand when they can not process a requirement. I would also like to tell y'all Karem is a very good teller and have a great customer services. And I hope all other branches have same good management as this branch.”
“Came in and Ms Cherie was extremely sweet and efficient. I ask her if she had any $2 bills, and she went out of her way to check with the other cashiers and find me some. Store is clean and quick.”
“Stopped in for some quarters. Such a weird layout and a bit difficult to get to. One entrance for ATM and drive thru and signage is hard to view. Another separate entrance to the lobby and I am assuming it was designed that way to deter robberies. Lobby is another oddity - wide open space with no lines for the tellers. Also not used to seeing no plexiglass for the tellers! Teller who helped me was very nice though.”
“Let me start by saying I know next to nothing about banking. Over a year ago I owed $50 to an account cuz I was overdrawn and was unavailable for about a year. Now that I'm getting my finances secured I'm going to pay that and open up a new checking account. I came in and Drea help me through the entire process. She was fantastic I'm leaving with a new checking account and the debts paid I did want to open up a line of credit, and then another man came to help me with that he wasn't quite as helpful as her. Basically told me to do it on my own, maybe that's their protocol I don't know . If i knew how to do this kinda thing i woulsnt have asked for help. Ill open up credit elsewhere. but I do know that Drea gets five stars hands down! She was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful!”

“So i made an account at capital one maybe half a year ago. Melissa who took me through everything made it quick and simple to set up my account. She was very welcoming professional. My whole capital one experience was awesome until one day i over-drafted my account from unexpected online charges. Oh Boy was I enraged! I left work and made a deposit to get my account back in good standing. The next day i checked it again and I WAS AGAIN IN THE NEGATIVE! I came back in and behold I ran into Melissa again! She guided me through how the situation and took care of my overdraft charges and gave me some tips on how to keep my account in good standing. This same situation happen before at a different bank and they made the situation more difficult. I am going to be a capital one customer for life because of this. Melissa YOU ARE AWESOME AND YOU MADE MY DAY AND i hope corporate sees this!”
