“They were quick & convenient with refund upon returning items, however, make sure its a $1.25 if that's what you are looking to buy, cause the more expensive over $1.25 to $5 isle stuff is spreading to other parts of the store.”

“They have so many home improvement items that are $1.25 each here and $7-8 at Home Depot or Lowes. I highly suggest that you buy your tape measures, paint brushes and supplies, spackle and many other items here. You will save a ton of money and the quality is the same or better.”
“To prevent shoplifting, I was asked to leave my bag next to the cash register at the store (there is a cash register in front of the entrance).
It seems to be run by an elderly couple.
Because there are no stores nearby,
Customers appear all the time.

“This is our neighborhood FD & I'm VERY surprised BC its usually cluttered with boxes down every isle, employees r rude BUT they moved the register to the other side & it was VERY nice! The employees were friendly & pleasant. So I'm really excited BC we all go here often. Keep it up FD!!”

“This store has a better selection than the other $Generals in this area. The merchandising is pretty decent, the personnel is friendly, my only complaint is there is always big pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles. Other than that this is still the neatest store around here.”

“The store was being stocked with every aisle having boxes. Several aisles being restocked were arranged neatly and well organized except for customers who just throw things when rummaging through the shelves ? No consideration!!
Only one cashier available for such a busy store! He was polite and patient amid the long line. The manager works hard to keep the Airline store well stocked and to run smoothly. She actually opened a register to help the cashier! I just don't understand how the public discards items around the store especially frozen food on shelves. It doesn't take much time to walk back to coolers and return the product to its rightful place! I gave my rating as 4 stars because the Dollar Tree corporation needs to pay their employees more and schedule two or more cashiers at that store during busy store hours! Perhaps have a person to do shop backs and tidy store shelves.”

“I've always been a s***** for coupons and an opportunity for savings on items I already buy. This store is next door to my gym, so I pass it almost daily. Most Saturdays there is a coupon for $5 off $25. I buy low carb wraps, laundry detergent, toothpaste, deodorant, and various other items at a discount price, less the coupon. I like saving money on necessities so I can spend it on other things I want. Not a 5 star review because the store is generally understaffed with a constant restocking going on. This means either waiting to check out or lines at the register. Also, boxes are generally stacked in the isles. I still shop here though because I love to save money when I can.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience was quite different. I found everything I needed—items that eluded me at other DG's. I had friendly conversations with two employees. And, the store had ample inventory. There was an employee stocking shelves with a large cart in the aisle, but she promptly removed the cart and I certainly don't begrudge her the job she was happily doing. She was very courteous and we had a brief convo that was friendly. The store was clear of carts, clean, and checkout was prompt.Now, I did ask if there were restrooms inside the store and was told no, but did notice both Men and Women restrooms while checking out. I assume the employee hadn't heard my question or, perhaps, the bathroom was out of order.I visited twice yesterday and both visits were satisfactory.”

“Caring and nice cashier last night. If every cashier could be like that, they would definitely generate more customers and more money...I bought a little bit of every department there. The only thing is that they definitely don't have enough staff to take away the stuff off of the shelves in order to put the stuff that needs to be on the shelves and then organize them...I would like to work there PRN/AS NEEDED ?”
“Completely turned around! I had stopped coming to this store because of the rudeness of the employees. you would say "hello" and they wouldn't even look at you. while they were checking you out,they wouldn't speak to you and would only look at you to get your money. very rude, and the store looked awful! But today, today I go in there and there is a lady working by herself. the store is stocked, looks and smells good, and she smiled said "hello!". when I got to the counter, I waited behind three customers. she was quick, efficient and super friendly.keep this lady! It's 1:30 on 9/9/22”
