HORRIBLE SERVICE. Progressive Roadside Assistance assigned this company to me twice and both times they never showed up. Progressive needs to end their relationship with this company. The first day they were “less than 20 minutes away” for over 2 hours and then they just stopped answering calls and never showed up. The second day they just never showed up and would not answer calls.

My wife's belt broke on her engine and we used our State farm insurance app to book a tow. Black Diamond was there in about 15 minutes and got our car to our repair shop, all within an hour of contacting our insurance company. I would definitely refer them and use them again.

Mercedes used this towing company to pick up my vehicle up after it had a malfunction the original time was 11:24Am for 65 mins it’s now been two hours and still no one has shown the owner said he will be on his way then suddenly stop answering my calls. Again no one showed. Complained to Mercedes will be contacting Mercedes of North America. Do not use this company.Service: Special vehicle towing

My insurance provider assigned this company to towing my car. After 3hrs of no show and being unable to reach them by phone my provider decided to cancel the job. We tried calling them multiple times but they either sent us to voicemail or answered the phone and immediately hung up. I'm not sure how much my provider pays companies but if you are using your own money steer clear.

After waiting for more than Two hours and now one arrived they stop answering the phone I would not recommend this company to anyone for any type of service I look the address up the? we're 15 minutes from my location and I spoke to someone to give them my location still no service thanks again for the great service you provided I would like to thank Brister Towing for the great service they preformService: Car towing

Towed the car to the airport because it was a rental. Stupid me had left all my belongings in the car thinking it would be fine after being told I didn't need to be there for the tow. When I got to the car everything had been gone through with my dash cam. Sunglasses, samples for my businesses, and even mail all stolen.Service: Car towing

Driver was very personal and after dropping off my truck to location they said they were not able to fix my tire, Driver then put my truck back on his truck and took me to his yard and changed my tire for me . Was stuck on the 310 Luling Bridge right in the middle for over 2 hours , called Roadside 3 times was told 45 mins, then 2 hours. They had someone coming from Lafayette ??♀️.. called Black Diamond Towing and they were there in 30 mins.Service: Car towing

**** urgent**** take your $ elsewhere black diamond towing totaled my car and lost my keys and then send my number to voicemail and wont help me do not trust these people with your car they so so unprofessional and will not mess up your vehicle up worse than when u gave it to them this is no way to do business do not use black diamond towing they are dishonest and dont care if they destroy your hard earned vehicles dont trust them **** must read***** i got no refund no help to replace my key or bumper which my bumper was brand new nothing wrong with it until they moved my car and they lost my key my car is still stuck at shop they yanked my bumper off this is before and after they towed my car. i wish i could give you no stars
