I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism in my life. June 7th I was involved in a car accident damaging my whole front end. My cousin tells me she knows a guy (Glenn Perrodin at southern switches unlimited) that's real good with fixing cars, I've never been in this predicament before where I had to get my car fixed... so I guess still in shock I told my insurance company I knew of a body shop I could send it to. He swore he could fix it, he had previously fixed a challenger. They sent it to him on the 11th. My car was initially supposed to be ready on July 9th and I was given the run around for the next two weeks. For me to get my car back on July 18 and the fenders, the bumper, none of it lines up. I have pins missing everywhere especially on the bumper. Moisture gets into the lights and caused one of the halos to go out. Not to mention he painted my whole car WITHOUT my permission and the paint job is horrible; orange peel all over and you can see where the paint dripped and how he must have painted it and sat it outside (looks like clouds in my paint). Now I'm having problems with my braking system. I took my car to another shop and if I totaled up all the damages on top of the damages he cause, my car is practically a lemon now! And to sum it all up, HE IS NOT RETURNING MY CALLS or Texts! �y'all I'm pissed! I have worked too hard for what I have!
