I went there at 1:30 am last night and it was locked up and chained from the outside. So obviously the counter person wasn’t in the bathroom or anything like that. They advertise 24 hours, but if that’s not the case then they should change the hours listed.

Unfriendly staff ! We were cycling through, just stopping for a coffee, sitting outside and... "you can't sit here" said the "manager". Why ? "Because I said so". We are usually amazed by american people's hospitality, but this is just the opposite.
