Ordered a family meal and a third pizza, gave them 20 minutes when it said it would be done in 13 minutes… pulled up to the window and they didn’t have my order. I asked where my order was because on the app it showed it was done. Here I am 35 minutes later at the window and my order still isn’t done… they waited till I was in the drive thru to call me to tell me they don’t have onions and said they tried calling ??♀️ the only call I got was the one when I was already sitting in the drive thru. Last time coming to this location!! Extremely poor customer service!!

Terrible service at its finest. I called to confirm a refund and they put me on hold just to pick up the phone then hang up immediately what a sad bunch.

Deep dish with extra cheese And pepperoni. This is a sad little location and they weren’t very busy at all. Will definitely be going to Dominos next time
