My uncle recently brought his 8 month old toy poodle in for stomach issues. He required surgery and when they called to update him they informed him they neutered his dog as well. This was not discussed with the vet in his exam and they were previously told that it was not desired. They then tried to say that he signed for it on a document where it was written in by hand. The vet didn't even come out to apologize when the dog was picked up.

Went there for the first time to get my cat spayed. They were a lot cheaper than the vet I normally go to. Like over 100 dollars cheaper. The staff was amazing. I wish I got her name, but the woman who helped me fill out the paper work went over everything and made sure all my questions were answered. She was amazing! They are also very considerate of special needs your animal may have. I called to check on my cat and the woman was happy to check on her for me. Not corporate owned, and does not act like a corporation!

Although they are not groomers per se, I take my long-haired cats in for shaving every summer. They do such an excellent job, even my cranky cat enjoys her new cut and it is much more active and playful with her “summer do”! Highly recommend.

Dr. Simon and staff are very friendly and helpful when Star and I go in for a visit. Anyone who knows Star can tell you that she is not the easiest dog to get along with.

When looking for a vet and a good clinic I look for friendly and honest staff. However over here there were 3 incidents where that did not seem to be the case. The first was we the vet prescribed my PUPPY a medicine without even TESTING HER! The second was when I boarded my again PUPPY over there and when I went to pick her up was met with complaints about how she was aggressive, so naturally, I have friends with dogs so I scheduled a play date with very high supervision and to my surprise, she played very well with other animals. Now fast forward, my one-year-old dog went to get her nails trimmed (she hates people messing with her paws) and I was met yet again with another complaint from the staff. I have a larger dog, but she is a big baby who only wants love and attention who doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body. After these incidents, I refuse to go back and pay for services done by people who clearly don't like larger animals and only complain about my dog. After all of this and all of the chances that I gave the vet and her staff I can honestly say that they are a waste of time and good money.

Brought my rabbit today and they took excellent care of her. It’s really hard to find a vet who will treat a rabbit much less who knows so much about them. Thank you Dr Megan, Peppercorn and I are extremely grateful!!

Just want to thank Country Place and the entire staff who was involved with Gizmo for the 16 1/2 years I’ve had him. You all are part of the reason he lived the long life that he lived. I am so thankful for the love and care you provided to him when he was in your care. Putting him down was the hardest decision I ever had to make. On Gizmo’s behalf, we just want to say thank you.

My sweet lil Macy developed diabetes a few weeks ago and was very sick and she was declining quickly. Dr.Jackie and Dr. Lindsey worked very hard and gave her the very best care and never gave up on my baby. Unfortunately her kidneys were failing and it was beyond anyone’s control. These doctors were a godsend and gave it there all. I want to thank these great doctors for their hard work and dedication and the rest of the staff there who were pulling for Macy to get better!!! Love all of you and continue giving the best love and care like my baby received!!! Thank you and God Bless!!!

Dr. Jackie and her staff are the best. They are not only caring for the beloved pet but, the bereaved owner as well. They are reliable, professional, loving, caring caregivers. You can find no one better to entrust the care of your pet. I was given a report once or twice a day. I was encouraged to spend precious time each day with Sugar, my sweet cat. Unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep, but I want to thank Dr. Jackie and her amazing staff for their gentle care.
