This apartment complex is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. I had a close friend who planned on moving to this property. She paid her deposit and was given a move in date. I was assisting her with moving, so I took off work to help my close friend. As the move in date approached, management gave her the run around of when she can actually move in. They kept pushing the date back and making excuses. This went on for over a week passed her actually move in date. This caused me to have to keep changing the date with my employer and missing work. Just so unprofessional and inconvenient. Now she is having issues getting her deposit back. This apartment complex seems like a scam if you ask me. They give residents the run around and try to keep their money. Watch out!

DO MOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! these apartments are ran down, they look terrible & they are VERY VERY unprofessional. these most def need to be torn down! i paid a deposit to move in and they gave me the run around for a week straight but refuse to give me my deposit back that shouldn’t have even been deposited without a lease being signed. The managers name is Fran and she is the most unprofessional person i’ve dealt with! they need new management and buildings.

DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to live with an infestation of bugs!!!!!! Everything that is cheap isn’t always good. THE KIDS ARE ALWAYS UNSUPERVISED everyday there’s a new scratch on your car. The worst place to live, office staff never answers the phone JUST PLAIN UNPROFESSIONAL. The bathroom and rooms are so small you can barely stand up in the bathroom!!!!! This place needs to be tore down and rebuilt ❗️❗️❗️❗️

Building manager completely rude and uncooperative. Arrived to inquire about leasing apartment and was turned away as she was on lunch. Waited 20 minutes for her to return, And once she did was refused entry into leasing office and told business should be handled by via phone. Was told by maintenance person that she had only just arrived at 9:00. Needless to say I will not be renting an apartment here.

Please stay away from this place.. They are always in your apartment claming to be doing an inspection.. in your lease they make you sign an agreement stating you allow them acess to your apartment at anytime. The kids cannot play outside, or you will be fine 100$, you gotta be outside at all time with them. The kids felt trapped.. They have people in the neighborhood that come ride motorbikes and 4 wheelers in and out there, but the kids cannot play. Your guest have to check in with them, are you will be fine 100$ And possible towed. THEY want to know all ya business!! If your break a blind again it's a 100$ fine, they want you to buy theirs. Also, if you place a BBQ grill on your porch it's another fine!! They fine you for everything... You are not allow to do anything!!! The apartments are REALLY small, you barley can fit a dresser and a bed in their.. This place is a mess!!! Don't waste your money or time GO Somewhere else you will pissed living here
