There are only 2 grocery stores in the parish, along with 2 Dollar Generals and several convenience stores. Audubon Market is the most upscale with by far the widest selection of brands, especially of beer and booze. A bit pricier than the other grocery, St. Francisville Market, which have the same owners. But the latter takes food stamps, the former does not.Audubon Market had been hit with many shortages of goods since Covid but so has everywhere else so I guess that's a wash. And the staff are friendly and know me, so it's as enjoyable as shopping can be for a guy.

20240328 Unexpectedly spotted this market as I was driving by. They have a lot of unique things from Louisiana. I had fun shopping here since I'm on vacation. Got different brand of pork rinds, hot sauces, and blueberry mochi beer. They also has a large liquor section.

Best grocery store. Clean, stocked, specialty items, hot lunch and even burgers, fountain drinks while you shop, nice people working there, Martha at check out makes you feel like family.

I love shopping at the Audubon Market, it always looks so clean and a pretty good selection of meats, vegetables, oh and can't forget the vast wine selection. The staff are always friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs.

Audubon Market is one of my favorite stores to shop. It's always a pleasant experience when I go. The atmosphere is quiet, a very peaceful shopping environment and the employees are ALWAYS hard at work inside and outside of the store. The meat is so fresh always and reasonably priced. There's a deli and bakery area and both are always well stocked with fresh food and desserts, I love their homemade chicken salad. The birthday cakes are DELICIOUS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
