“4 of us stayed in one cabin for 3 nights. Cabin was a little snug, but clean and cool. Private covered boat slip right across the street with cleaning tables, power and water. Marina just 1/4 mile away. Perfect set up for a short fishing trip. Great communication with management. Definitely coming back with more people next time and will rent two or three cabins. Highly recommend!”

“Currently living in this neighborhood and everyone whom I have met has been very kind and generous and friendly. We all keep a close eye out for each other to keep a safe place for children to play in. It's a mixture of cultures and people and a mixture of camper trailers and mobile homes as well. I do have only a couple of complaints about it. The advertisements state no damage deposit required in the trailer park and when I consulted with her about renting a camper/mobile home when I mentioned the fact that I have children a damage deposit was enforced upon only the mobile homes. Other than that all utilities are included with your rent and the convenience of a laundry mat is also available.”
