The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, unhelpful and snappy. Very unprofessional. My family and I are stuck on the side of the road with brake issues and she tells me that my insurance won't pay her enough. Then she tells me to pay her more. Sitting there trying to swindle a family in an emergency.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
