Trash!!! Look I Hate to do this but yall brought this on yall. You never deliver the mail one-time and even if you do by some miracle it's in my neighbors box. You guys have cost me hundreds of dollars by not doing your job properly. They wouldn't deliver my mail for a month or 2 cuz the worker had to take a step to deliver it

Went to mail a small box on 6/14/24 at about 2:45. Everything was filled out, boxed up, labels adhered, etc. The gentleman working the counter asked if I had tape. I politely said no I did not have packing tape at home and asked if he could place a piece of tape on top for me as I have been a loyal local customer for years. He said no he couldn’t. I asked if they sold packing tape and offered to buy a roll. He said no they do not. I asked if I could pay them to place a piece of tape on the package and he said no that they did not have any tape (as I am looking at a tape dispenser on the desk.). I will gladly purchase stamps & use a different location from now on.

I love the staff at the st.amant location especially the male who works he has the best customer service. I've never had any issues with any of the workers there either though

Most days we get our mail by noon, which is great. Other days it does not pass till well after 5 pm. (Depending on who is delivering the mail that day). While at the physical post office I've never had a bad experience. Always serve you immediately upon walking in the door. I've had instances where I had to go pick up packages( my chickens) they called as soon as they opened. Honestly was a little worried about how long it would take but they were very quick about getting in touch with me. This location is my favorite post office location. Living different places around ascension I've had very different experiences with other post offices. Some you can ring the bell and 10 min later they finely drag themselves in then make you feel as tho you are inconvenienting them just being there. I have NEVER had this experience at the St.Amant location. They have always been more than happy to help you!

Not sure who the bad reviews have been dealing with but the counter employees I deal with regularly are all courteous and and helpful. Our mail carrier has also been fantastic.

Worst post office ever.. employees don't care about doing a good job. Mail and trash everywhere. Employees are very rude

Been missing mail and bills for over a month talked to the carrier, the post Master and a different carrier twice. That both told me it was there first day after watching them stop at every other mail box for a week. Then when I asked again today she put a couple of sale papers I guess to shut me up. I am livid how do I file charges for lost, stolen or undelivered mail.

Problems are very persistent with this location, ever since the flood of 2016. With the advent of tracking apps and the informed delivery app, I track every order I place that is trackable.

This is a cute post office and in a rural location. This all you need in a nut shell! The staff is very friendly and treat you like family! I had to address the supervisor about not receiving all my mail but she assured me she would personally monitor the situation. I actually saw her at my place and was very impressed that she followed through! They do have PO boxes bit it's a small place so I'm not sure about their availability. The location is very convenient for me since it's in a good location! I'm very happy that they took care of my situation and feel comfortable approaching them if I have any questions or concerns!

We are constantly getting notifications that 'customer not avaliable' or the knocked on the door and no one answered excuses. The lady NEVER comes to our door, never. I wish fedex would just deliver my packages because I never get them on time from the post office.
