ALWAYS getting my prescription wrong, even when they supposedly “noted” my account. This has been going on for over a year. They do not listen no matter how many times the issue is addressed.

I recently moved to this area and decided to give a local pharmacy my business. The employees of this pharmacy acted inconvenienced from the minute I walked into the door. They seemed "annoyed" that they didn't have my info in their system, then annoyed that THEY couldn't figure out my insurance, and finally even more annoyed that the prescribing MD wasn't in their system. They made me feel like I was trying to do something wrong, while I was trying to get eye drops for my toddler. The whole experience took much longer than it should have and they weren't friendly throughout the entire ordeal. I would rather drive further away to be treated respectfully than give them my money again.

They are wonderful, they call you when there is a problem with your perscription, process faxes from the doctor super quick and will call you when your script is ready if there was an issue.

We’ve been using St Amant Phar for 35 years. The small hometown atmosphere is so cool. Everyone there is so friendly and make you feel like they’re really your friends. I really appreciate new owners picking right up where Norris left off, and they were pretty big shoes to fill. I still have to go in and walk around just to see what little treasures I can find...

I have been using STA pharmacy for 31 years. They have been wonderful. They are like an extended family and know you by name. Even with the new owner, the service has not changed. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I just had the BEST experience at St Amant Pharmacy! I pulled up to a busy drive-through line and they got us all taken care of efficiently and courteously. It made me very thankful that I made the switch to local a few years ago.

Norris is the best pharmacist hands down. For 20 plus years that I've gone there he has always been available to answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly to all of his customers. He has always taken every single phone call my husband or I have made. He not only helps his customers with prescription knowledge, he will also check and then advise customers if generic is cheaper than brand, or if prescription is cheaper not filed on insurance based on individuals policy plan and deductible.
