These guys are so helpful. My laptop was sputtering to its death and Kace was able to get me into a refurbished unit. It is tailored to my basic, non-gaming everyday needs and forces me to upgrade to Windows 11. I am set up with the latest software, etc. AND can go into the shop and get assistance with the transition. T first I thought I was spending more than I needed to but in the long run I got my money's worth for sure. Give them a try!
