I'd give this place NO stars if I could! This pharmacy did a horrible job filling a prescription for my daughter with strep. The doctor called in a prescription the night before. My daughter went in at 9 am to pick it up, and they told her they didn't have it. They said they would text her when it was ready. She went home and came back 2 hours later. They hadn't even checked their voicemail for it yet! She stood there while they checked to find it there. Then they said she had to wait another 20-30 minutes to get it filled. She has fever, horrible sore throat and nausea, and she lives 6 hours away from me so she had to go pick it up herself. She's currently standing there still waiting for her prescription 30 minutes later. I'm mad as a hornets nest, and if I didn't live 6 hours away, and couldn't get any answer from them over the phone, or you'd bet they'd be hearing from me. DON'T USE THIS pharmacy.

Strictly regarding the pharmacy at this location ?I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing to have my controlled prescription sent to this pharmacy. After receiving a phone call from an associate -whose name I don't have- around 11a.m. informing me that the pharmacy needed my ID and health insurance card as I've never registered with their pharmacy, I went right over to submit my info. I was told that it would arrive in about a week and was also given the total (which was $5 above my copay but whatevs)Approximately three hours later, I receive a phone call from an associate named Tracy who stated that they would not be able to fill my prescription as it is from New York. I informed her that I am in town visiting family for a while and I've never had this issue in the past (I travel a TON for work). After a few moments, Tracy informed me that she couldn't get a hold of my doctor and asked if there was another number I had as she needed to verify that I wasn't filling the prescription too early. After giving Tracy the number, I informed her that:1) it would be a good idea to also contact my health insurance as they have all of my information2) the nationwide HIPA database has all of the information she is requesting3) even if I was refilling a prescription early, my insurance has the FCC code to override that Due to the nCoV pandemicAfter a moment, Tracy asked if the doctor was an online doctor and where the office was located which has nothing to do with MY MEDICATION ?Not only was it going to take a week for my medication to arrive but they were charging OVER my health insurance maximum out of pocket. The associate that helped me at the counter was incredibly lovely but that's where all the positive notes end.I'm incredibly thankful that my pharmacy has a partner branch located here (I received my medication the next day FYI); having to deal with this pharmacy would've ended with a lawsuit.

I've held off on giving this place a review because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, every time I come here I get the rudest, slowest service. Not once, not twice not even 3 times but every time the employees are standing behind the counter having a gossip session! Once they were doing their nails! I hate coming here. I'm going to start doing my business at Walgreens, at least they act like they are doing business.

Lady was really rude to me at the pharmacy yesterday. I always feel I have to walk on eggshells around her. Therefore, I don't want to go back.
