Excellent experience. Took my truck in for a recall replacement of the fuel pump. I was originally told it would be a 4 hour job while I waited in the customer lounge. But to my surprise, they had me ready to go in 2 hours. I congratulated the staff and was off to do some unplanned shopping. I will definitely return to Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston for my vehicle needs.

I had an amazing experience at Karl Malone Toyota of Ruston! My salesman was Brad Woods!! He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice, very polite, and not worrisome!! He talked with me and gave my husband and I the space to make our decision!! Then he called me to stop by to put my license plate on!!
