I went for my usual oil change and tire rotation. My tires didn't get rotated yet I was charged for it. Still waiting for a refund to hit my account 3 days later. Could tell the whole story but not worth the time. Bottom line mistakes were made and no apologies were given. I own two Toyota's from this place and I'm going elsewhere for service after many years of trying to get my car's serviced here. Done!

The service department is the best!! We broke down driving home from vacation. Called them at 3pm on a Saturday . They immediately assisted us in coordinating a tow truck. Found the problem was a part on recall (didn't cost us anything!) and had it fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. Who does that?!Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. 10 stars!!

I live an hour away and had contacted your dealership by phone the day before to inquire about a vehicle listed on your website. I spoke with a salesman in which I asked him to send me pictures of the car. After texting with him, I told him I was interested in the car and I would be there the next day. When he brought me the car my first impression was that the car was filthy. One of my pet peeves is a dirty car!! It appeared they hadn't even attempted to clean it even though they knew I was coming to look at it. There was a layer of dirt all over the floorboard and something that looked to be gum in the carpet. I looked over the car and ended up taking the car for a test drive. I told the salesman I wanted the car and was upfront about the things I noticed about the car. I asked what his best price was and his response was he could put the car on the lot and sell it for the listed price today. I responded that I would not pay that and asked him again what was his best price. Had I not taken a day off work and driven an hour there I probably would have just walked out. Everyone knows asking price always allows for wiggle room. I have never nor will I ever pay asking price for a vehicle new or used. While we know you guys have to make a living selling cars also know that your customer wants a good price. We were eventually able to come to a deal; however I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from your dealership.

Don't expect employees in service department to wear masks. I've been in several times and the only masks are on the customers. Also no sign on the door to ask for mask wearing.

My husband and I recently visited this dealership with intentions of purchasing a used 2018 ZR2 Chevrolet Colorado. I contact them, let them know we had a trade in. We exchanged photos of both trucks, videos and info via iPhone, we tried to FaceTime but were unsuccessful. The deal seemed great, he sent me a video of the truck as he walked around it saying "here is the truck, it's in good condition", I checked the car fax and title through reputable sites from the dmv website, everything checked out. My husband and I both took off, changed our plans, found a place to stay half way (from midland Tx to Ruston La. we had to spend money to get someone to come let one of our dogs out, gas and not to mention it was my husbands birthday! We were so excited about this truck... We arrive, everything I am about to mention I was not made aware of. The ZR2 had 2 small dents on the front, a large dent in the back on tail gate accompanied by a few smaller dents, the bumper was bent on the right side ( as if someone backed the truck up onto something, the interior in the front looked like someone slung coffee on the top lights by sunglasses holder, the buttons were sticky and hard to push, there was a drug test container between the seats, the spare tire was missing, someone had cut the cable ( they tried to say they could take the spare off my trade in, which is the same truck but the ZR2 comes with factory off road rims/tries that are very different in size and function, and then after the test drive my husband looked under the truck and found it was leaking gear fluid from the rear. So, they hoisted it up to check it, we were hoping it was just left over fluid from the last service. They cleaned it up and we negotiated, we said hold on let's drive it again, we did so and saw the fluid was still seeping in the cracks. They tried coming down on the price but it was over at this point. They waisted so much of our time and money, and ruined my husbands birthday. Going to have to only go to Jerry Reynolds approved lots from now on, so tired of these situations...unreal.

I have purchased two Camry sedans from Ronnie Ward, and I've been very pleased in both cases. But today, the service department went way beyond the call of duty, and I want to thank all involved. A leak that filled the back floorboard with water had developed during a series of recent heavy rains. I'd thought the water was entering through the side doors and did what seemed reasonable to assure the seals they were clean and free of debris. Didn't work. When I called the dealership and talked with B.J., who oversees the shop operations, he assured me, sight unseen, it was a problem with the sunroof, one that seems endemic to all auto sun roofs. After a little discussion of price, he quoted a very reasonable price for clearing the drain and killing all bacteria that accompany mildew and create a bad odor. And since heavy rains are expected in our area, he worked me in immediately---and the shop is busy with damages from recent tornado and hail in our area. So I was grateful for that. Just now, I picked my car up and it sparkled! No more bad odor. The crew had gone far, far beyond repairing the specific problem. A perfect experience---from the diagnosis to the person who drove me home to the interior clean-up! B.J, Ronnie Knox, and Elbert, thank you for such a positive experience and such good work. You give the dealership a good name!
