Under new management and I hate it. I was overcharged for a service. I was charged $50 for a refill, one broken nail and a polish change on my toes. I also didn't like my nails. The guy rushed through them and the paint was bulky. I also didn't like how he filed my nails (too skinny), which I told him. He tried to blame the previous people who did my nails but it was definitely him. There was a lady returning because he did her nails and one broke after he reassured her it wouldnt.I've been going to Tinas since 2009 but I will not be returning. If I'm going to pay $35 for a refill it should look better than what I received.
