I don’t normally do this but like most residents, my family and I spend a lot of money here. I have never had a problem with ordering cakes from the bakery until this past month. I had an incident a few weeks ago that cost me $70. I had ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. She even printed out a Battle Bots image on our home computer to be placed on her cake. When I got there to pick it up that Friday around 4, the image was not on it. I don’t why the image was not on it the first time since the girl who took our order wrote down my number in case they had a question. But I had NO calls from the bakery. They only wrote a big Happy Birthday with my daughter’s name on the first cake. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to address the issue. Although I’m not sure if the bakery could have corrected their mistake easily and her cake still look right. That following Sunday, my daughter and I went to the bakery with another copy of the image, receipt, and bar code sticker in hand. They told me all they could do was refund $10. I was not a happy person. Then I had to buy another cake and make sure they used the image. I paid for 2 cakes both 1/4 sheet in a week. They could have at least given me the second cake for free after messing up the first order. That was not good customer service. If the bakery had any questions they should have called.

I am a regular customer here and I ALWAYS get the Philadelphia Roll. Here recently, there hasn’t been any. Is there any reason why this roll isn’t being made anymore? When we called and asked if there was a possibility of this roll being made again, we just got a short “no we don’t” answer.

They need to get their prices marked on the aisles, correct. This is always a huge problem here. Things are always priced incorrectly. It creates big problems and backups at the register when so many things are incorrectly priced.
I got some roasted chicken from the deli area, and it was so super, super dry that I couldn't eat it.

More expensive than Walmart but better qualities and the shopping carts ( 4 different sizes than all rolls freely) are easy to move unlike the only large ones at Walmart which requires that their wheels need maintenance, that is never done, it seems. And one has to park far away unlike the one at Super 1.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to the ladies in the bakery. Due to Walmart canceling my order the day of, I came in super 1 looking for an already made graduation cake and although they didn’t have one, they offered to write on the cake I chose from the freezer and added graduation decor for free! They literally saved the day and my little kindergarten graduate was very happy! The cake ended up coming out super cute. I cannot thank them enough and will be sure to always place my orders HERE!
