The young lady who cut my hair was very sweet, but I'm just not sure of her experience. She was not dressed professionally and I may or may not have cried when I got in my car. My hair was to the tops of my shoulders before she cut it, and I asked for slight layers. As you can see in the photos, my layers were VERY uneven. And the layers also shortened my length after she had already cut a good bit off. I knew I was going in the get a fair bit removed, but my god... I could have possibly saved myself the issues and money and just cut it myself.

We set an. Appointment at 11 today for Isabelle. We arrived at 10:50 and we're meet by Kiersten who told us that 'trip' would be here soon. Kirsten then disappeared for 20 minutes into the back. When we saw her again I asked if anyone was coming, she informed be that Trip was suppressed to be here at 11. We waited until 11:30 while Kirsten did her own hair. At that point we left. Very disappointed
