Ruston Glass came to the rescue when Union Glass couldn't even get back to us with an estimate for our Lake D'Arbonne rental in a reasonably timely manner. (I'm talking weeks, and numerous unanswered messages/e-mails.) They were prompt, courteous, and professional. So when we needed new windows for our new house in Lincoln Parish, we called on them again. Same result. Would definitely call on them again in the future.

SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. They were able to work with my schedule. I’ve used them to replace a windshield and a back glass on my truck. Both were installed well and timely.

Shoddy work. An hour to replace my windshield, cost me over $500 and they just forgot to put my right side cowl extension on. The amount of people that get away with not doing their jobs these days is utterly insane. Not to mention their secretary forgot to book my appointment and had a disagreement with one of the technicians in the shop. Highly unsatisfied. Now I have to make a 1700 mile trip with a crucial piece of my windshield missing due to the ineptitude of this keystone clown shoes operation. If I could rate a quarter star I would.

Great workers, great prices, and they get the job done quick. It's not a place you drop something off at and you have to wait around a couple days for. You drop something off to them they will have it back to you that same day. And to replace my windshield only took 45- one hour. I would recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't go to acme glass right down the road. Ruston glass is an all around better establishment.
