Rude. Unprofessional. Bathrooms in HEINOUS condition. Both men and women bathrooms out of toilet paper. Let the lady at the front desk know. Appeared upset that I interrupted her conversation with her two other coworkers that were behind the desk. It's a good thing I've been to other PF gyms before, because if this had been my first experience, I never would have signed up.

24/7 Gym Accessibility?? NOAffordable Monthly Fee?? NOEverything available?? NOAvailability for Traveling people to workout during NON busy hours?? NOAre we sure this is an actual Planet Fittness, the nation wide chain that prides themselves on being Affordable for maximum benefits, Open 24/7 for spread out and easy access for All, and Worthy of a Monthly fee and yearly fees?? NOPE. If you don't wanna be a real planet fitness, just drop the branding and be something else. A nationwide chain should be the same despite the location.

The crew is AWESOME!!! I'm greeted with smiles every time I enter and they speak when I leave. It is so clean and organized. All equipment is put up after use. Just a great environment to be in. No one judges me

The tanning beds, tanning booths, red light machines are always filthy....always. The staff need to be going in after people use these machines and make sure the proper cleaning and disinfecting of these machines are done. They leave solution in spray bottles for people to clean before and after use but, it is clearly not getting done. They do not even leave you enough time to properly disinfect a full tanning bed or booth, then put your lotion on, etc. I cannot even get the bed alone clean before the tanning or red light starts on it own, let alone undress and put lotion on. These solutions are supposed to sit on the glass for a certain amount of time before even being wiped. They do not provide any education to the patrons on how to do this properly. You lose over half your tanning time or more if you actually clean the bed properly. Meanwhile the staff is always just sitting at the counters at the front desk playing on their phones. Would it really be too hard to have one of the 2 to 3 people who are on their phones at the front desk go clean these machines after a person uses it? Then, also the patron can clean it before they get in to ensure it is clean, if they choose. The filth in them at this time is really horrendous. They are not being cleaned AT ALL! They are smeared with hand prints and lotions. Their are pubic hairs lying all over. It is truly nasty. This is not just bad business, it is a definite law suit waiting to happen if someone gets a disease or something from these beds not being cleaned properly. I have brought this up to staff at the front desk before but, no one seems to ever do anything about it. The franchise itself should be concerned with the filth in this location. It is not difficult to have people clean, especially when you have 2 to 3 staff members sitting on their phones at the front desk. They don't even have to check people in. It is automated. It doesn't take 2 to 3 people to run a front desk. The place is rarely busy. I am a bit passionate about this because it is a health and safety issue. I would never lay in one of their beds in the current condition. I am truly disappointed in this. I would really like to use the full facility completely without worrying about the filth and potential to catch something in this place. Someone needs to address this immediately. I am posting pictures of when I visited the facility today. You will notice filthy smeared nastiness all over the walls of the booth and pubic hairs lying on the bottom of the red light booth. It's just plain unhygienic and nasty.
